Day330 is an iOS app for US citizens and residents working abroad who need to qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (FEIE) under IRC §911. The IRS requires at least 330 full days of physical presence in a foreign country during any 12-month period to pass the Physical Presence Test.
Day330 replaces error-prone spreadsheets with a purpose-built tracking tool. Log your trips, monitor your qualifying day count in real time, store your travel documents, and generate professional report bundles for your tax preparer — all from your phone.

Data Collection
Day330 does not collect, transmit, or share your personal data with the developer or any third parties. The developer has no access to your trips, documents, photos, or personal information.
Data Storage
All data you enter into Day330 is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account (if iCloud is enabled on your device). No data is sent to any external servers. Your data is not stored on, or accessible from, any server or system controlled by the developer.
Data Encryption
All data stored on your device is encrypted at rest using iOS file protection (NSFileProtectionComplete). Files that need to be accessed for sharing use NSFileProtectionCompleteUnlessOpen. This encryption is managed by iOS and is active whenever your device is locked.
Data Sharing
You choose when and with whom to share your data using the app's Share feature. Nothing is shared automatically. Day330 does not transmit data to any analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs.
iCloud Sync
If iCloud is enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account under your Apple ID. This sync is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy. You can disable iCloud sync for Day330 in your device's Settings > Apple Account > iCloud > Day330.
App Store Metadata
The only information the developer receives is standard App Store metadata related to your download or purchase, as provided by Apple. This includes aggregate, anonymized analytics such as download counts, crash reports, and device types. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.
Third-Party Services
Day330 does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect user data.
Children's Privacy
Day330 is a tax-related utility application and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
